"Produce" includes india rubber, caout-chouc, coffee, tea, cotton, gums, ivory, tobacco, grain, oils, rice, and every other produce, whether raw or partly or wholly manufactured. Special provision is made with respect to rubber. Any trade, sells, offers for sale, or tenders in payment of any adulterated produce is offence. The Act further provides for prohibition of extracts of root rubber, balls of rubber, and grant of warrant in case of finding or suspicious of existing of adulterated produce.
