Resumen This Administrative Regulation, consisting of 21 articles divided into five Chapters, defines the system of issuing Certificates of Origin provided for in the Foreign Trade Law (LCE). It specifies the following requirements: 'Form A' means a specific form for certification of origin under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP); 'Export License' means a document required by other territories or countries and accompanying the export of certain goods; SCI 'Special Customs Invoice': accompanying export documents of certain goods to the United States of America; Form: document containing the elements referred to in article 5, paragraph 1, to request the Certificate of Origin (CO). The Macao Certification of Origin shall use the documents provided for in bilateral or multilateral agreements to which the MSAR is bound, where appropriate, and in other cases, documents whose model is approved by the DES.
