Measures include slaughter of animals, destruction of eggs, disinfecting of premises, vaccination, and isolation of infected animals, (sect. 1). Those who keep animals shall carry out and finance investigation of the state of animals with regard to salmonella and provide information to the authorities (sect. 2). The supervision over the observance of measures as set out shall be carried out by a veterinarian appointed by the State Agricultural Agency (sect. 3).
