Act relative to EEG trade fertilizer (1992:1684).

This Act applies to fertilizing substances which according to their content, composition, characteristics, indication, labelling, and packing are marketed as EEG fertilizers. These requirements shall be laid down by the Government by Order pursuant to section 2. Who trades in EEG fertilizer shall report its activities to the State Agricultural Agency under section 3. This public body shall also carry out control on the observation of provisions of the present Act. Sections 5 to 8 provide for powers of inspection and sampling by authorized officers.
