Resumen This Act, which is composed of five articles, regulates principles of the production of fermented wine drinks and trade in wine products, and principles of running economic operation concerning production and bottling of wine products, and the organization of wine market. Provisions of the Act do not apply to home-made wine products and not intended for the market. This Act does not violate provisions on sanitary conditions of food and nutrition. The Act is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Production of fermented wine drinks and marketing of wine products (Sec. 2); Permission for running economic operation concerning production and bottling of wine products (Sec. 3); Organization of wine market (Sec. 4); Criminal provisions (Sec. 5); Amending, temporary and final provisions (Sec. 6).
