Act on state system of registering producers, registering agricultural farms and registering applications for subsidies.

This Act, which is composed of 24 articles, establishes principles of creation and keeping, scope and purpose of the state system of registering producers, registering agricultural farms and registering applications for subsidies. The system is managed by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture. Records on producers apply to agricultural producers, organization of producers and processor. The system includes also the register of agricultural parcels. The system is used for allocation and payment of subsidies and for other tasks carried out by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture.
