Article 1 establishes that the company "Liechtenstein Gas Supply" is an independent institution under public law with its own legal personality. The tasks of «Liechtenstein Gas Supply» is to supply gas to the resident end consumer; and to ensure the sufficient gas supply. All activities connected to these tasks shall be performed by the afore-mentioned institution.
