Resumen This Act, consisting of 205 articles divided into 22 Chapters (containing the elucidation appended to the text), establishes Health development requirements which should be carried out following the basic principles of humanity, balance, utility, protection, respect to the rights and responsibility, justice, gender and non-discriminating and religious norms. The objectives of health development is to increase awareness, willingness and ability to a healthy life for every individual as an investment for development of human resource productive both socially and economically.
