Entry into force notes

The Act enters into force on 16 March 2012.

Resumen

The Act makes amendments with regard to the power supply emergency organization (KBO), which task is to supervise safety and preparedness in the generation, transmission, trading and distribution of electric power and district heating. KBO shall assess the safety of all processing of information regarding the power supply and Emergency Authorities may charge fees to cover costs of emergency activities when working with emergency power.
