The Act enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.

Resumen

This Act is composed of eight articles. Article 1 amends some provisions of the Act on organization of some agricultural markets. In particular the Act establishes new requirements concerning procedure of applying for financial support to processing. Article 2 amends the Act on organization of fruit and vegetable market, hop market, tobacco market, and fodder plant market. In particular the Act specifies requirements for marking tobacco materials and for sampling fodder plants.
