Resumen The Act sets regulations concerning Sweden's contingency storage of oil reserves, supervision and fees thereof. National storage in a year shall be of at least either 90 days of average daily net import or 61 days of average daily domestic consumption during the referred year. Imported crude oil storage shall be equivalent to at least 50 000 cubic meters. Permit is required for the storage outside Sweden. Regulatory authorities shall keep track of registered stock and report the information to the European Commission. Swedish government shall determine the stock usage according to the International Energy Agency (IEA) decision on making crude oil or petroleum products available; and to the European Commission's decision on possible supply disruption needing emergency response - in which case immediate notification is due.
