XII/6: To note that the implementation of the Protocol by those Parties that have reported data is satisfactory; To note with regret that 21 Parties out of the 175 that should have reported data for 1998 have not reported to date; To note further with regret that 59 Parties out of the 175 that should have reported data for 1999 by 30 September 2000 have not reported to date; To remind all Parties to comply with the provisions of Article 7 and 9 of the Protocol as well as relevant decisions of the Parties on data and information reporting.
