VII/27: To endorse the selection of Australia, Austria, Denmark, Japan, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America as members of the Executive Committee representing Parties not operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Protocol, and the selection of Chile, Colombia, India, Egypt, Kenya, the Philippines, and Senegal as members representing Parties operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5, for one year; To endorse the selection of Kenya to act as Chair and of the United Kingdom to act as Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee for one year.
