V/15: To note with appreciation the efforts of the Industry and Environment Programme Activity Centre of the United Nations Environment Programme to function as a clearing-house for information relevant to international halon bank management and to request it to continue its work in this field in cooperation with the Halons Technical Options Committee, including holding details of all known halon banking schemes and a list of those “banks” with halon for sale and particularly to emphasize regional halon banking and international coordination of halon banks to supply the Parties operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Protocol; To encourage all Parties to submit information relevant to international halon bank management to the Industry and Environment Programme Activity Centre of the United Nations Environment Programme.
