V/10 to note the recommendations of the Executive Committee with respect to the countries encountering temporary difficulties and to request the Executive Committee to continue to make its best efforts to consider various possibilities for addressing the situation by obtaining contributions in kind wherever possible and to report on this matter to the Sixth Meeting of the Parties.
