Resumen

The Ninth Meeting of the Parties decided in Dec. IX/38:

To agree to waive the outstanding contributions to the Multilateral Fund specified in annex X of the report of the Ninth Meeting of the Parties as a one-time measure;
To agree that the issue of waiving outstanding contributions to the Multilateral Fund assessed before ratification of the London Amendment by any Party will neither be raised nor will this decision be cited as a precedent in future.
