5. Commends the efforts to date by the States Parties for improving the protection of the settings, the management of the individual sites, and the coordination of the overall series;

6. Defers the nomination of the Architectural work of Le Corbusier, an outstanding contribution to the Modern Movement, France, Germany, Argentina, Belgium, Japan, Switzerland to the World Heritage List to allow the States Parties to meet the objections stated with regard to this proposal, including the development, through a constructive dialogue with the World Heritage Centre in conjunction with the Advisory Bodies, of a common notion of Outstanding Universal Value of the site,

7. Commends the States Parties with the improvements made to the file, in particular the clarification of buffer zones, the establishment of a network of cities demonstrating the involvement of local communities, and the establishment of a permanent conference as a tool for the conservation and management of the site.
