Abstract

The Kingdom of Denmark and the Federal Republic of Germany hereby delimit their respective parts of the continental shelf under the North Sea in so far as that was not previously done by the Treaty of 9 June 1965 concerning the delimitation, in the coastal regions, of the continental shelf of the North Sea. Reference is made to the judgment of the International Court of Justice of 20 February 1969 in the North Sea Continental Shelf Case between the Kingdom of Denmark and the Kingdom of Netherlands, of the one part, and the Federal Republic of Germany, of the other part. An arbitration clause is included.
