Abstract

The German Democratic Republic and the Polish People's Republic agree to delimit their respective territorial sea, the continental shelf and the fishery zones of the German Democratic Republic and the Polish People's Republic in the Oder Bay and establish a common boundary between the territorial seas of the German Democratic Republic and of Poland which follows straight lines (geodetic lines) connecting the specified points. Some provisions deal with navigation.
