Abstract

Objectives: To amend the 1964 Convention for the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea. Summary of provisions: Paragraph (2) of Article 14 of the Convention is amended to provide that the Council is to approve its annual budget by a two-third majority vote of all the Contracting Parties.
