Abstract

Objectives: To amend paragraph 2 of article X of the International Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas. Summary of provisions: Parties agree that paragraph 2 of article X of the Convention is to be modified to provide that they are to contribute annually to the budget of the Commission an amount calculated in accordance with a scheme provided for in the Financial Regulations, as adopted by the Commission (art. 1).
