Abstract

This Agreement is composed of 5 articles. Training programmes shall include quarantine, plant protection, scientific research, agricultural guidance, agricultural marketing, agricultural planning, plant resources, animal resources, veterinary fields, grasses, forests, lands and irrigation, commercial agreements, fish resources, and the permanent development (art. 1). Article 2 provides for the establishment of technical committees for laying down training programmes. Both Countries shall nominate their own coordinators for the implementation of this Agreement (art. 3). Article 4 provides for finance arrangements. This Agreement shall be valid for 3 years, renewable (art. 5).
