Abstract

With this Convention, the Parties establish the boundary line delimiting the French territorial sea with respect to both the Spanish territorial sea and contiguous zone in the Bay of Biscay north of Figuier (Higuer) Bay to a distance of 12 miles, measured from the French and Spanish baselines.
