Abstract

This Minute of the International Boundary and Water Commission contains a conceptual plan for the international solution to the border sanitation problem in san Diego, California/Tijuana, Baja California. The problem concerns the final disposal of sewage in excess of capacities of existing facilities in the said areas. On the basis of plans made by both States, the Commission formulates recommendations which shall be submitted for approval to both Governments.
