The line of delimitation of the exclusive economic zone and the continental shelf between the Republic of Lithuania and the Russian Federation starts from the junction point of the outer limit of the territorial sea of the Parties and continues to the junction point of the exclusive economic zone and the continental shelf of a third party by means of straight lines (loxodromes) that join points whose sequence and geographical coordinates are indicated in Article 2 of the present Agreement. Any dispute between the Parties arising out of the implementation of the present Agreement shall be settled by consultations or negotiations according to international law.
