Abstract

This amendment modifies the text of article 25, paragraph 2 of the Treaty by limiting the condition of State Party to independent States situated in the zone of application of the Treaty and which were Members of the UN as of December 10, 1985 as well as certain non autonomous territories once they attain their independence.
