Abstract

The Agreement provides for access of fishing vessels of Japan in the 200 nautical miles zone of Tuvalu as defined by the Fisheries Ordinance of 1978. Provisions also relate to conservation of Tuna, enforcement and entrance of Japanese vessels in ports of Tuvalu. (12 articles)
