Abstract

The objective of this Agreement is to prevent the introduction of quarantine and economically harmful pests of plants and plant products from the territory of one Part to the other. The Contracting Parts shall exchange mutual rules related to phytosanitary examinations and certification and collaborate in the field of scientific research. The text consists of 7 articles and 2 annexes. Annex I lists not present (A) and present (B) quarantine diseases and pests in the territory of Yugoslavia. Annex II lists not present (A) and present (B) quarantine diseases and pests in the territory of Macedonia.
