Cooperation shall be in the fields of scientific research and technical development, exchange of information, conferences, mutual aid in case of natural disaster and environment-polluting accidents. The Agreement is valid for five years and will be automatically extended for a further five years unless one of the parties rescinds within six months of expiry.
