To this end, the Parties provide for the establishment of an organization to be known as the Pepper Community Initially the Community shall consist only of the Parties (Indonesia, India, Malaysia). However, other pepper pepper producing countries may apply to become members of this organization. Article 3 defines the objectives and functions of the Community.
