Agreement between the US Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service and the State Plant Quarantine Inspection of the Russian Federation on technical cooperation in the field of plant quarantine

МЕМОРАНДУМ О СОГЛАШЕНИИ между зарубежной сельскохозяйственной службой, службой карантина растений и животных Министерства сельского хозяйства США и Госинспекцией по карантину растений Российской Федерации по техническому сотрудничеству в области карантина растений с целью содействия торговле сельхозпродукцией между странами

The Contracting Parties, for the purpose of prevention of the introduction and propagation of pests, weeds and diseases on the territory of both Parties, have agreed to render mutual technical assistance in the field of plant protection and quarantine in the following forms: (a) exchange of information; (b) agricultural experts internships; (c) discussion of problems of mutual interest.
