Abstract

The parties to this Agreement aim at obtaining mutual economic, industrial and social development, as well as the greatest possible benefit from the natural advantages offered by the waters of the Zambezi river and the improvement of the utilization of the waters for the production of energy and for any purpose beneficial to the two countries.
