Both the Governments shall expand exploration of the stocks of king crabs and snow crabs in the Eastern area of the Bering Sea and shall annually by 30 November exchange data thereof, including assessment of maximum sustainable fisheries of the aforesaid resources (item 4). Females of king crabs and snow crabs with the shell under 15, 8 cm wide and king crabs and snow crabs with soft shell caught as bycatch must be immediately released. King crabs and snow crabs must be caught exclusively with traps (Annex).
