Abstract

The scope of the present Agreement shall be cooperation in the sphere of study of radiation impact for the purpose of minimization of the impact of radioactive pollution on human health and environment. The cooperation shall be carried out in the following fields: (a) study of the impact of ionizing radiation on the population, including epidemiological and other research; (b) data collection, processing and creation of information systems and databases; (c) modelling of radioactive fallout; and (d) analysis of radiation environment. The cooperation shall be carried out in the following forms: (a) joint data collection and exchange of data; (b) exchange of equipment; (c) exchange of experts and technical literature; and (d) organization of seminars and meetings.
