Abstract

The Contracting Parties have agreed as follows: (a) to render mutual assistance in combating marine (oil) pollution from ship-based sources (art. 1); (b) to inform timely each other of the danger of marine (oil) pollution and of the preventive arrangements for the mitigation of the consequences of ecological disaster (art. 3); (c) to elaborate and apply joint action plan for the prevention of marine (oil) pollution (art. 5).
