Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of People’s Republic of China on protection of intellectual property rights

Соглашение между Правительством Российской Федерации и Правительством Китайской Народной Республики в области охраны прав интеллектуальной собственности (Пекин, 25 апреля 1996 г.).

The scope of the present Agreement shall be extension and enlargement of cooperation in the sphere of economy and trade regarding protection of intellectual property rights, patents and trademarks. The Parties shall undertake arrangements, including penalties, legal and administrative proceedings, for the suppression of manufacturing and export of fraudulent commodities, violating intellectual property and trademark ownership rights.
