The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the sphere of transit of oil through pipelines and other means of transportation. The Agreement establishes the modalities, conditions and general principles of transit of oil through the territory of the Parties. The Parties shall render mutual assistance for the mitigation of consequences of environmental disasters, accidents and catastrophes on main pipelines.
