Abstract

The Contracting Parties shall cooperate in the following fields: (a) management of water resources of the Syr Dar Ya river basin for irrigation; (b) liability for the damages caused by improper management of water resources of water bodies; (c) coordinated management of tandem reservoir system of Naryn-Syr Dar Ya waterbody (art. 1). The Contracting Parties have agreed to carry out joint water management policy (art. 6).
