Abstract

The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following spheres: (a) nuclear safety; (b) controlled fusion; (c) research; and (d) trade of nuclear materials and services related to nuclear fuel cycle. Cooperation shall be carried in the following forms: (a) use of nuclear energy for industrial purposes, including electric energy generation; (b) environmental impact of nuclear energy; (c) exchange of technical information in the form of reports, seminars, visits and technical conferences; (d) exchange of laboratory personnel; and (e) exchange of materials and equipment for experimental purposes.
