The cooperation shall be carried out in the following forms: 1) exchange of scientists and experts; 2) conferences, symposiums and consultations; 3) exchange of scientific and technical documentation; 4) joint programs and projects; 5) supply of personnel, equipment and materials for the liquidation of industrial accidents and natural disasters (art. 3).
