Agreement between the Austrian Federal Government and the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia on development cooperation

The Austrian Federal Government will support agricultural development programmes and projects in Ethiopia through concrete measures of development cooperation. The areas of development cooperation include inter alia: the assignment of Austrian experts; the provision of material and funds; the support of training facilities and programmes for Ethiopian experts in Austria; the preparation and realization of feasibility studies; the financial support of commercial projects. Part II deals with provisions concerning Austrian experts. It outlines their duties, the obligations of the Government of Austria, the obligations of the Government of Ethiopia and the liability of the Government of Ethiopia. Part V relates to customs clearance, inland transport and insurance. The Agreement comprises 11 articles.
