Summary of provisions: Article 23 of the Revised Convention on Navigation of the Rhine is replaced by a new one concerning categories of buildings partially or totally excluded from the regulation set up in article 22 of the Convention. Articles 32 and 37 are modified to integrate present currencies and change time delays. Article 1 of the Convention is repealed.
