An example of this is the current global trend towards its consolidation through a third United Nations International Pact on Human Rights, promoted by the Constitutional Council of France, the Club of Jurists of France and the International Center for Comparative Environmental Law (CIDCE), an instrument that would complement the first two on civil and political rights and economic, social and cultural rights, both signed in 1966.
