Abstract

In compliance with Directives 77/504/EEC, 88/661/EEC, 89/361/EEC, 90/427/EEC and 91/174/EEC, these Regulations lay down the principles concerning the zootechnical and genealogical conditions to be applied to importations from third countries of animals (reg. 4), semen (reg. 5), ova (reg. 6) and embryos (reg. 7). Regulation 9 sets out penalties.
