Abstract This Regulation, consisting of 21 Sections divided into four Parts, regulates the Zoological Parks of New South Wales. In particular it deals with: protection of zoological park land as follows: a) damage or remove any plant or part of a plant, b) remove or disturb any rock, soil, sand, stone or similar substance, c) leave or deposit any rubbish or litter, except in a bin provided and designated for that purpose, d) damage, remove or interfere with any building, structure, notice, sign or other improvement, e) throw or project any stone or other object. Protection of animals: a) feed any animal, b) destroy, capture, injure or interfere with any animal. Prohibited activities on zoological park land, etc. The Regulation is divided as follows: Preliminary (1); Visitors to zoological parks (2); Vehicles (3); Miscellaneous (4) and General (5).
