It is built around four strategic clusters: food security and nutrition; social services and poverty eradication; infrastructure and utilities; and value addition and beneficiation. The Plan is divided into 7 Chapters: Introduction (1); Situational Analysis (2); Towards an Empowered Society and a Growing Economy (3); Implementation Structure (4); Monitoring and Evaluation (5); Funding and Debt Management (6); The Results Matrices (7).
