Abstract

These By-laws provide the method of calculation of a water tariff of a specified utility being the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority. A utility that under-utilises its annual water allocation shall be entitled to a benefit to be agreed upon by the Authority and the utilities. Over-utilisation shall be penalised in the same manner.
