Abstract

Section 3 of the present Act establishes a corporation to be known as the Yukon Development Corporation. The objects for which the corporation is established are to participate with the private sector in the economic development of the Yukon and, in particular, inter alia, to assure a continuing and adequate supply of energy in the Yukon in a manner consistent with sustainable development. The text consists of 24 sections.
