In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the composition, organization and powers of the Forest Marketing Board. For the purpose of the present Regulation, “Board” means the York-Sunbury-Charlotte Forest Products Marketing Board, also known as the Y.-S.-C. Forest Products Marketing Board. Section 13 establishes that the Board may set up an Advisory Committees to advise and make recommendations to the Board in respect of any matter the Board is empowered to make under the Act, the Regulations or the Plan.
