Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Natural Products Act. The purpose of the Plan is to encourage the production and marketing of high quality wool in Nova Scotia and to encourage and develop efficient and effective marketing of Nova Scotia produced wool. Section 5 establishes that the Commodity Board shall be constituted to be known as the Nova Scotia Wool Marketing Board. The text - consisting of 21 sections - deals with the composition, nomination, functioning, powers and executive of the Nova Scotia Wool Marketing Board.
